MONOCHROMATIC LEATHER LOOKS

MONOCHROMATIC LEATHER LOOKS
 BY WANDO WEAVER

Here are two looks that I die for because to me, they represent how a woman in the 21st century should dress. Both are polar opposites, one white, and the other black.

The dress that Hilary Swank is wearing stands out for its freshness; it’s youthful with a touch of white leather that teeters the on the edge of avant-garde, but not too out there. Also of note, is the fact that her body is bare of any jewelry whatsoever, her loose locks that are scarcely molded; essentially, it’s a perfect look for a casual affair. Lastly, this look represents the beauty of a woman in its purest state thanks to the non-existent accessorizing.

Opposite of the white look, is its converse, the blacked out look that Kate Moss and the streetwalker are sporting, both in leather pants.

The fitted black leather pants, very
appropriate for day or night, are also casual and exude that bad girl confidence with a simple black turtleneck (streetwalker) or even a black deep v-neck (Kate Moss). To extend the look, try donning high-heeled black boots for flair and either a black blazer or coat, velvet optional. The key is to keep it simple in the accessories department. Why not go with a black leather or suede bag capped off with a simple black ring? If you happen to be a blond, go for it, but remember my motto about adorning yourself as if you were a Christmas tree full of decorations! Keep it simple, ladies!
